Cancelation Policy

ROOM RESERVATIONS:

NON-REFUNDABLE 25 percent deposit is required at time of booking. Balance of payment is collected at time of checkout. Deposits for cancelled reservations in excess of 48 hours will be applied as deposits for future reservations. Deposits for any reservations cancelled less than 48hrs in advance of reservation start date are considered non-refundable and non-transferable.

Reservations canceled while in session will be charged the night of requested check out plus one (1) additional night.

Modifications to the check in date with less than 48hrs notice will result in charges starting on the original check in date.

 

GROOMING APPOINTMENTS:

Non-refundable 50% credit card deposit required for grooming services for non-members.

Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled on the day of the appointment reminder (4 days ahead) otherwise the 50% deposit will be forfeited.

Reschedules: Appointments must be rescheduled on the day of the appointment reminder (4 days ahead) otherwise a $15 reschedule fee will apply to both members and non-members. Non-members' deposits will be transferred.

No-show appointments will be charged in full.

Cats that arrive more than 15 minutes late for grooming services will incur a $15 late charge​.
